The FASTPITCH Swing
The easiest way for me to answer the question "What do you teach?" is for me to post pictures and clips of players I work with.  Below, a 7th grader and Manny Ramirez.  I hear the "old school" answer a lot from coaches.  The MLB swing doesn't work in softball.  So you're telling me, Manny Ramirez couldn't hit a Fastpitch softball?  We all know that isn't true.  So, in fact, if we teach an athlete to have the same positive mechanics in their swing as Manny has , then that swing would work right?  Take a look below. As you can imagine, the hitter below has no trouble facing pitchers 3-4 years older than she is with this swing.  We model our swings and techniques, based off what we ACTUALLY SEE the elite hitters in the world do.
